JESTERS terms and conditions

1: A deposit of $10.00 per costume is required at the time of booking your costume.

2: Cancelled costumes will forfeit the $10.00 booking fee unless 1 working weeks notice is given.

3: All costs incurred with your hire or purchase are to be paid in full at the time the items are collected.

4: Any courier charges incurred are to be paid for by the customer.

5: Customers will be required to pay a bond.  All bonds will be refunded when the costume is returned on time and in a satisfactory condition.  Any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged at assessed retail value.

6: Late hire returns will be charged per day.

7: Costumes, wigs and accessories must not be adjusted or altered in any way.  Any such alterations will incur a penalty charge.

8: Do not launder the garments.

9: Uncollected bonds are held for 3 months from the date the costume has been returned.    If the customer has not collected the bond by that time, it will be lost.

10: All costs incurred by Jesters Costume Hire Ltd. in the  recovery of debts will be charged to the customer .

11: No exchanges on hires are permitted once the hire has left the Jesters showroom.
